This contains functions that can be used to estimate a smoothed and a non-smoothed (empirical) time-dependent receiver operating characteristic curve and the corresponding area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for correlated right-censored time-to-event data. See Beyene and Chen (2024) doi:10.1177/09622802231220496.

Install

install.packages("frailtyROC", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-frailtyROC

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
