Adds flow maps to 'ggplot2' plots. The flow maps consist of 'ggplot2' layers which visualize the nodes as circles and the bilateral flows between the nodes as bidirectional half-arrows.

Added a new function sf_flowmap which functions much like add_flowmap() but outputs the flows as spatial (sf) objects, allowing them to be easily exported and used in other visualisation tools (e.g., GIS).
Added an experimental function add_flowmap_list() which allows for the creation of multiple, matching plots.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
