An easy-to-use web client/wrapper for the 'Figma API' https://www.figma.com/developers/api. It allows you to bring all data from a 'Figma' file to your 'R' session. This includes the data of all objects that you have drawn in this file, and their respective canvas/page metadata.

Changes in 0.2.0

A new data object called quarto_website was added to the package (see help(quarto_website) for more details);
A new vignette was added to the package (see vignette("quarto-css")). This vignette demonstrates how you can use the Figma API data to build CSS code;
Great improvements in the backend of figma::as_tibble() parsing (these changes does not affect the user's side);
Unit tests were added to the package to protect the code;

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
