Upload, download, and edit internet maps with the Felt API (https://developers.felt.com/rest-api/getting-started). Allows users to create new maps, edit existing maps, and extract data. Provides tools for working with layers, which represent geographic data, and elements, which are interactive annotations. Spatial data accessed from the API is transformed to work with 'sf'.

Adds a function felt_update_map_details() to update the title, description, or privacy of a map.
Adds a function to refresh layers via felt_refresh_layer().
Adds a function to download a layer with felt_get_map_layer().
Adds support for interacting with layer groups, with felt_get_map_layer_groups() and felt_update_layer_group_details().
Adds functions to work with elements, including felt_get_map_elements(), felt_add_map_element(), felt_delete_map_element(), felt_get_map_elements_in_group(), and felt_get_map_element_groups().
Adds functions for library-level data with felt_get_library(), felt_add_library_layer(), and felt_add_library_layer_group().
Removes the felt_finish_upload() function, as it is no longer needed.
Removes the felt_get_style() function, as it was removed from the API. Instead, use felt_get_map_layers() which now includes style information for the layer.
Adds a clean argument to all functions to control whether a tibble::tibble or list should be returned. This allows for more flexibility for advanced users, especially when working with custom Felt style language inputs.
Adds improvements to working with keys by adding aliases felt_set_key(), felt_get_key(), and felt_has_key().
get_felt_key() now returns the key invisibly to avoid printing to the console.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
