A utility to scrape and load play-by-play data and statistics from the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) https://www.premierhockeyfederation.com/, formerly known as the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL). Additionally, allows access to the National Hockey League's stats API https://www.nhl.com/.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from sportsdataverse/fastRhockey. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
