Provides four addons for analyzing trends and unit roots in financial time series: (i) functions for the density and probability of the augmented Dickey-Fuller Test, (ii) functions for the density and probability of MacKinnon's unit root test statistics, (iii) reimplementations for the ADF and MacKinnon Test, and (iv) an 'urca' Unit Root Test Interface for Pfaff's unit root test suite.

Install

install.packages("fUnitRoots", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-fUnitRoots

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
