Open source data allows for reproducible research and helps advance our knowledge. The purpose of this package is to collate open source ophthalmic data sets curated for direct use. This is real life data of people with intravitreal injections with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF), due to age-related macular degeneration or diabetic macular edema. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tjebo/eyedata. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
