Functions to 'numericise' 'R' objects (coerce to numeric objects), summarise 'MCMC' (Monte Carlo Markov Chain) samples and calculate deviance residuals as well as 'R' translations of some 'BUGS' (Bayesian Using Gibbs Sampling), 'JAGS' (Just Another Gibbs Sampler), 'STAN' and 'TMB' (Template Model Builder) functions.

Add probability_direction() and directional_information() (#106).
Add functions to calculate s-values and information from vectors of probabilities: p2svalue() and p2info() (#122).
Add functions to calculate the Region of Practical Equivalence (ROPE) and credible intervals: xtr_ci(), xtr_ci_eti(), xtr_ci_hdi(), xtr_rope() (#110).
Add skew-lognormal distribution family (dskewlnorm(), pskewlnorm(), qskewlnorm(), rskewlnorm(), ran_skewlnorm(), sens_skewlnorm(), quant_skewlnorm(), dev_skewlnorm(), res_skewlnorm(), log_lik_skewlnorm(), prob_skewlnorm()) (#127).
Add skeptical argument to pvalue(), svalue(), and directional_information(), defaulting to TRUE (#133).
Advance deprecation of as_list_unnamed(), pextreme(), and sextreme() from soft-deprecated to warnings (#140).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
