SIGNIFICANT CHANGES:

**Legacy Data Migration**: The qs package has been removed from dependencies (Suggests). Users with legacy .Rdcm files (pre-version 1.11.1) will now receive a detailed message guiding them to install qs from GitHub or CRAN Archives if needed. Migration to the new qs2 format via Rdcm.upgrade() is strongly recommended while using R <= 4.4.

BUG FIXES:

Fixed 'vnu' additional issues by removing the dependency on the mathjaxr package

and ensuring all mathematical equations are LaTeX-compliant.

Improved HTML documentation compatibility with W3C standards to ensure error-free rendering in modern browsers.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
