A collection of functions to compute the standardized effect sizes for experiments (Cohen d, Hedges g, Cliff delta, Vargha-Delaney A). The computation algorithms have been optimized to allow efficient computation even with very large data sets.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from mtorchiano/effsize. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-effsize

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
