Enhances decision tree visualization by incorporating Generalized Association Plots (GAP) through matrix-based visualizations including confusion matrix maps, decision tree matrix maps, and predicted class membership maps based on supervised correlation and distance metrics.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from hanmingwu1103/dtGAP. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
