A system for combining two diagnostic tests using various approaches that include statistical and machine-learning-based methodologies. These approaches are divided into four groups: linear combination methods, non-linear combination methods, mathematical operators, and machine learning algorithms. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from gokmenzararsiz/dtComb. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
