Fine-tune small (100M to 3B parameter) causal language models with LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) from R. Datasets are mapped to chat-format prompts and responses, training runs in a background 'Python' process built on Hugging Face 'transformers' and 'peft', and a 'shiny' app offers drag-and-drop dataset upload and column mapping. 'Python' dependencies are declared through 'reticulate' and resolved automatically on first use.

Changes in 0.3.4

Fixed a test that failed on macOS (CRAN's M1mac additional check) though it passed everywhere else. It compared dragon_runs_dir()'s default, a directory that does not exist yet, against tempdir() after normalizePath(); on macOS that resolves /var to /private/var for the existing tempdir() but leaves the nonexistent path unresolved, so the prefix check failed. The test now compares the existing parent directory. No change to package code or behaviour.
