Contains implementations of 'BiSSE' (Binary State 'Speciation' and Extinction) and its unresolved tree extensions, 'MuSSE' (Multiple State 'Speciation' and Extinction), 'QuaSSE', 'GeoSSE', and 'BiSSE-ness' Other included methods include Markov models of discrete and continuous trait evolution and constant rate 'speciation' and extinction.
