Read, construct and write CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) Dataset JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) files, while validating per the Dataset JSON schema file, as described in CDISC (2023) https://www.cdisc.org/standards/data-exchange/dataset-json.

Changes in 0.4.1

Fixes test failures on CRAN's Fedora r-devel check machines. Several tests compared the output of two separate writes, and each write stamps datasetJSONCreationDateTime with the current second, so on a slow machine the two could straddle a second boundary and differ. These tests now pin the clock. Tests also no longer pass a number to info, which current testthat rejects. No changes to package behavior.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
