Flexible and efficient cleaning of data with interactivity. 'datacleanr' facilitates best practices in data analyses and reproducibility with built-in features and by translating interactive/manual operations to code. The package is designed for interoperability, and so seamlessly fits into reproducible analyses pipelines in 'R'.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from the-Hull/datacleanr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
