Correlates of protection (CoP) and correlates of risk (CoR) study the immune biomarkers associated with an infectious disease outcome, e.g. COVID or HIV-1 infection. This package contains shared functions for analyzing CoP and CoR, including bootstrapping procedures, competing risk estimation, and bootstrapping marginalized risks.

Install

install.packages("copcor", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-copcor

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
