Generate fully interactive and dynamic funnel plots and statistical process control ('SPC') charts. All data manipulation, calculation, and plotting is done in 'JavaScript', allowing for completely dynamic charts without the need for a Shiny server. For more details see Spiegelhalter (2004) doi:10.1002/sim.1970 and Pfadt & Wheeler (1995) doi:10.1901/jaba.1995.28-349.

Install

R (CRAN)Fedora (COPR)openSUSE (OBS)

install.packages("controlcharts", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

# enable the iucar/cran COPR if it is not already present, then install
ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-controlcharts

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager

zypper -q lr | grep -qi autoCRAN \
