To make it easy to create CONSORT diagrams for the transparent reporting of participant allocation in randomized, controlled clinical trials. This is done by creating a standardized disposition data, and using this data as the source for the creation a standard CONSORT diagram. Human effort by supplying text labels on the node can also be achieved.

Changes in 1.2.4

New drop_levels argument in consort_plot() and gen_text() to report zero-count factor levels as (n=0) (#25).
Faster plotting by caching text box measurements and simplifying layout calculations.
Fixed node-name confusion in build_grviz().
Fixed an error with multiple variables in the first element of orders.
plot() now shrinks the diagram to fit the device instead of stretching it, fixing overlapping nodes.
Fixed add_label_box() ignoring its own box_fn and just arguments.
build_grid(), build_grviz() and plot() now support any depth of nested splits.
consort_plot() accepts more than two allocation variables.
Straighter, better centred nodes in grViz plots.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
