Interact with 'Condor' from R via SSH connection. Files are first uploaded from user machine to submitter machine, and the job is then submitted from the submitter machine to 'Condor'. Functions are provided to submit, list, and download 'Condor' jobs from R. 'Condor' is an open source high-throughput computing software framework for distributed parallelization of computationally intensive tasks.

Changes in 3.0.3

Added argument 'details' to condor_report() and summary.condor_log(). Changed default output of condor_dir() and summary.condor_log() to include only dir, job.id, status, submit.time, and runtime.
Improved condor_log() to handle 'local.dir' that contains exactly one .log file.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
