An implementation of the clugen algorithm for generating multidimensional clusters with arbitrary distributions. Each cluster is supported by a line segment, the position, orientation and length of which guide where the respective points are placed. This package is described in Fachada & de Andrade (2023) doi:10.1016/j.knosys.2023.110836.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from clugen/clugenr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
