Every research team have their own script for calculation of hemodynamic indexes. This package makes it possible to insert a long-format dataframe, and add both periods of interest (trigger-periods), and delete artifacts with deleter-files.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
