An engine for stochastic cellular automata. It provides a high-level interface to declare a model, which can then be simulated by various backends (Genin et al. (2023) doi:10.1101/2023.11.08.566206).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
