A collection of cardiovascular research datasets and analytical tools, including methods for cardiovascular procedural data, such as electrocardiography, echocardiography, and catheterization data. Additional methods exist for analysis of procedural billing codes.

Updates

cosinor() now has a stable population mean cosinor option with appropriate confidence intervals
procedure_codes() has the latest ICD10 codes, as of 11/2023, and are included in the package

Next steps

Adding additional data analysis tools for cardiology data (including catheterization and echocardiogram data)

Deprecations

The circadian-rhythm features have been deprecated and recurrent data features have been removed
The cosinor() functions will be updated to be more customizable and more efficient, however will be moving to a separate package by v0.2.0

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
