A runtime for the 'Tree-sitter' parsing library https://tree-sitter.github.io/tree-sitter/ that mirrors the API of the 'treesitter' package, so it can serve as a drop-in replacement. Parses source code into concrete syntax trees and updates them incrementally as the source changes. Grammars are supplied by separate packages such as 'treesitter.r', so the runtime itself depends on nothing beyond base R.

Resubmission after CRAN's incoming pretest of 0.1.1, which stopped on the

"pragmas suppressing diagnostics" NOTE.

Remove the #pragma GCC diagnostic ignored blocks, and their MSVC counterparts, from the bundled lib/src/array.h and lib/src/wasm_store.c. Both files compile without warnings without them. Recorded as patch 3 in src/tree-sitter/PATCHES.md. No other source changed.
