Bell regression models for count data with overdispersion. The implemented models account for ordinary and zero-inflated regression models under both frequentist and Bayesian approaches. Theoretical details regarding the models implemented in the package can be found in Castellares et al. (2018) doi:10.1016/j.apm.2017.12.014 and Lemonte et al. (2020) doi:10.1080/02664763.2019.1636940.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
