A lightweight modelling syntax for defining likelihoods and priors and for computing Bayes factors for simple one parameter models. It includes functionality for computing and plotting priors, likelihoods, and model predictions. Additional functionality is included for computing and plotting posteriors.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bayesplay/bayesplay. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
