Changes in 0.10.11

Bug fixes

Fixed cell/year alignment when forecast() is called with multiple labels. Each forecast year now contains every observed combination of classification variables once, without duplicate or missing cells. This bug affected versions 0.10.9 and 0.10.10.
Forecast labels are checked for empty, missing, infinite, and duplicated values. Overlap with historical periods is checked after label conversion.

Changes to internal calculations

make_linpred_from_components() now accumulates the linear predictor in one matrix, adding each term in blocks of draw columns. This lowers peak memory use when augment() and forecast() are applied to large datasets.

draw_fitted_given_outcome() for Poisson and binomial models now generates .fitted in blocks of draws. This lowers peak memory use when augment() is applied to large datasets with dispersion.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
