Implements a credential chain for 'Azure OAuth 2.0' authentication based on the package 'httr2''s 'OAuth' framework. Sequentially attempts authentication methods until one succeeds. During development allows interactive browser-based flows ('Device Code' and 'Auth Code' flows) and non-interactive flow ('Client Secret') in batch mode.

Changes in 0.3.6

Added get_user_token(), which authenticates the person signed in on this machine rather than the host's service identity. get_token() tries workload and managed identity ahead of the Azure CLI, so on a host configured for a service identity it returns the workload's token even when a user is at the console.
Added az_config(), which reports the Azure environment variables used during credential discovery as a data.frame of variable, value and source. AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET is reported as redacted rather than by value.
The startup banner lists AZURE_CLIENT_ID again, and marks values read from the environment separately from built-in defaults.
AzureCLICredential now reports the Azure CLI's own client ID rather than AZURE_CLIENT_ID; its tokens come from az account get-access-token and are always issued to that client.
DefaultCredential$new(verbose = TRUE) now produces the full credential-chain trace, not only the resolved provider.
Fixed format_json_body() printing a positional key such as "4" in place of the ... placeholder when truncating a named request body, and mangling every backslash in a logged body, so Windows paths, escaped quotes and newlines survive.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
