Covers several areas of data processing: batch-splitting, reading and writing of large data files, data tiling, one-hot encoding and decoding of data tiles, stratified proportional (random or probabilistic) data sampling, data normalization and thresholding, substring location and commonalities inside strings, and location and tabulation of amino acids, modifications or associated monoisotopic masses inside modified peptides. The extractor implements code from 'Matrix.utils', Varrichio C (2020), https://cran.r-project.org/package=Matrix.utils.

Changes in 0.3.7

Triggered by the closing of 'RcppAlgos' issue# 64 on Github. Removed the implemented workaround for passing linux-arm64 CRAN tests on version 0.3.6.
Moved package 'RcppAlgos' from Imports to Depends and updated NAMESPACE by including 'RcppAlgos'.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
