Functions for Posterior estimates of Accelerated Failure Time(AFT) model with MCMC and Maximum likelihood estimates of AFT model without MCMC for univariate and multivariate analysis in high dimensional gene expression data are available in this 'afthd' package. AFT model with Bayesian framework for multivariate in high dimensional data has been proposed by Prabhash et al.(2016) doi:10.21307/stattrans-2016-046.

Install

install.packages("afthd", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-afthd

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
