Contains a 'shiny' application called AdEPro (Animation of Adverse Event Profiles) which (audio-)visualizes adverse events occurring in clinical trials. As this data is usually considered sensitive, this tool is provided as a stand-alone application that can be launched from any local machine on which the data is stored.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from Bayer-Group/BIC-AdEPro. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
