Datasets from the WallOmics project. Contains phenomics, metabolomics, proteomics and transcriptomics data collected from two organs of five ecotypes of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana exposed to two temperature growth conditions. Exploratory and integrative analyses of these data are presented in Durufle et al (2020) doi:10.1093/bib/bbaa166 and Durufle et al (2020) doi:10.3390/cells9102249.

install.packages("WallomicsData", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-WallomicsData

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
