Simulation tools for planning Vitamin D studies. Individual vitamin D status profiles are simulated, modelling population heterogeneity in trial arms. Exposures to infectious agents are generated, with infection depending on vitamin D status.

Corrected bug in application of holding time through a rewrite of relevant code- a logical error triggered for holding.time greater than 0 meant overlapping times were not always blocked properly impacting power calculations (usually underestimating power)
Changed default of holding.time to be more sensible value of 0 throughout package
Package vignette updated to reflect some recent changes in package dependencies and updating of examples

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
