We provide linear and nonlinear dimension reduction techniques. Intrinsic dimension estimation methods for exploratory analysis are also provided. For more details on the package, see the paper by You and Shung (2022) doi:10.1016/j.simpa.2022.100414.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from kisungyou/Rdimtools. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-Rdimtools

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
