Update of mesma()

Changes:

mesma() now computes all possible combinations of endmembers in em, then uses all of them unless a lower number of endmember combinations is set through argument n_models. n_models can now be set to a number as large as the maximum number of possible endmember combinations in em or less. mesma() always uses those combinations where the number of unique endmembers used is maximal first. Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
