Mixture Composer https://github.com/modal-inria/MixtComp is a project to build mixture models with heterogeneous data sets and partially missing data management. This package contains graphical, getter and some utility functions to facilitate the analysis of 'MixtComp' output.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from modal-inria/MixtComp. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
