A collection of 'shiny' applications for the R package 'Luminescence'. These mainly, but not exclusively, include applications for plotting chronometric data from e.g. luminescence or radiocarbon dating. It further provides access to bootstraps tooltip and popover functionality and contains the 'jscolor.js' library with a custom 'shiny' output binding.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tzerk/RLumShiny. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-RLumShiny

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
