Implementation of an algorithm in two steps to estimate parameters of a model whose latent dynamics are inferred through latent processes, jointly regularized. This package uses 'Monolix' software (https://monolixsuite.slp-software.com/), which provide robust statistical method for non-linear mixed effects modeling. 'Monolix' must have been installed prior to use.

Install

install.packages("REMixed", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-REMixed

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
