The 'NetCoupler' algorithm identifies potential direct effects of correlated, high-dimensional variables formed as a network with an external variable. The external variable may act as the dependent/response variable or as an independent/predictor variable to the network.

Switched to using lifecycle::badge() in Roxygen docs because of CRAN Note.
Converted .data$ to simply "" in all functions to fix test warnings from dplyr.

Internals

Set up rhub GitHub Action workflow to check CRAN compatibility more fully.
Remove Codecov because of issues with connection to it.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
