Simulation and estimation for Neyman-Scott spatial cluster point process models and their extensions, based on the methodology in Tanaka, Ogata, and Stoyan (2008) doi:10.1002/bimj.200610339. To estimate parameters by the simplex method, parallel computation using 'OpenMP' application programming interface is available. For more details see Tanaka, Saga and Nakano doi:10.18637/jss.v098.i06.

Install

install.packages("NScluster", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-NScluster

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
