Functions for nominal data mining based on bipartite graphs, which build a pipeline for analysis and missing values imputation. Methods are mainly from the paper: Jafari, Mohieddin, et al. (2021) doi:10.1101/2021.03.18.436040, some new ones are also included.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from jafarilab/NIMAA. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
