A collection of functions to implement the MixMAP algorithm, which performs gene level tests of association using data from a previous GWAS or data from a meta-analysis of several GWAS. Conceptually, genes are detected as significant if the collection of p-values within a gene are determined to be collectively smaller than would be observed by chance.

This package is no longer on CRAN, so install.packages() cannot fetch it by name. This downloads the last archived source (1.3.4) and builds it locally. Install its dependencies first, and note that building from source needs the usual compiler toolchain.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.
