Methods for quality control and exploratory analysis of surface water quality data collected in Massachusetts, USA. Functions are developed to facilitate data formatting for the Water Quality Exchange Network https://www.epa.gov/waterdata/water-quality-data-upload-wqx and reporting of data quality objectives to state agencies. Quality control methods are from Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (2020) https://www.mass.gov/orgs/massachusetts-department-of-environmental-protection.

Changes in 2.2.1

Added the argument useapi to anlzMWRmap() to retrieve water features (if TRUE) from the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) ArcGIS REST API. This option can retrieve water features from anywhere in the United States. Default FALSE will return data for Massachusetts from GitHub as before.
Added quiet argument to anlzMWRmap() to show download progress if useapi = TRUE.
Updates vignettes with information about the new feature for anlzMWRmap()
Added utilMWRgetnhd() to retrieve NHD features from the API, used internally by anlzMWRmap()
Expanded test coverage to qcMWRreview() and anlzMWRoutlierall()
jsonlite package removed from dependencies
Deprecated calls to size changed to linewidth for internal calls to geom_hline()
Increase required R version to >= 4.1.0 in DESCRIPTION

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
