A way to estimate and test marginal mediation effects for zero-inflated compositional mediators. Estimates of Natural Indirect Effect (NIE), Natural Direct Effect (NDE) of each taxon, as well as their standard errors and confident intervals, were provided as outputs. Zeros will not be imputed during analysis. See Wu et al. (2022) doi:10.3390/genes13061049.

Install

BiocManager::install("MarZIC")

Installs the current Bioconductor release. Requires the BiocManager package.

install.packages("MarZIC", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MarZIC

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
