Performs the execution of the main procedures of multiple comparisons in the literature, Scott-Knott (1974) <http://www.jstor.org/stable/2529204>, Batista (2016) <http://repositorio.ufla.br/jspui/handle/1/11466>, including graphic representations and export to different extensions of its results. An additional part of the package is the presence of the performance evaluation of the tests (Type I error per experiment and the power). This will assist the user in making the decision for the chosen test.

Install

install.packages("MCPtests")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-mcptests

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-MCPtests

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-MCPtests

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
