Performs the execution of the main procedures of multiple comparisons in the literature, Scott-Knott (1974) http://www.jstor.org/stable/2529204, Batista (2016) http://repositorio.ufla.br/jspui/handle/1/11466, including graphic representations and export to different extensions of its results. An additional part of the package is the presence of the performance evaluation of the tests (Type I error per experiment and the power). This will assist the user in making the decision for the chosen test.

Install

install.packages("MCPtests", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MCPtests

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
