The companion package provides all original data sets and functions that are used in the book "Model-Based Clustering and Classification for Data Science" by Charles Bouveyron, Gilles Celeux, T. Brendan Murphy and Adrian E. Raftery (2019, ISBN:9781108644181).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from cbouveyron/MBCbook. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
