The goal of 'LCMSQA' is to make it easy to check the quality of liquid chromatograph/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) experiments using a 'shiny' application. This package provides interactive data visualizations for quality control (QC) samples, including total ion current chromatogram (TIC), base peak chromatogram (BPC), mass spectrum, extracted ion chromatogram (XIC), and feature detection results from internal standards or known metabolites.

Install

install.packages("LCMSQA", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-LCMSQA

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
