Code to specify, run, and then visualize and analyze the results of Ixodidae (hard-bodied ticks) population and infection dynamics models. Such models exist in the literature, but the source code to run them is not always available. 'IxPopDyMod' provides an easy way for these models to be written and shared.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from dallenmidd/IxPopDyMod. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
